General Information

The City of Stamford has eight lighted bocce courts at Scalzi Park located on Bridge Street. League play occurs throughout the late spring and summer months.

The Stamford Bocce League men's division games are played on Monday and Tuesday evenings beginning at 7:30 PM. Rain dates are typically scheduled on Wednesday and Friday evenings. Women's division games are played on Thursday evenings.

In addition to regular season play, the league also sponsors a tournament honoring a senior member of the League. The current tournament is the Belantonio Cup, and is played mid-season by all registered teams.

Directions

Take I95 to Exit 7 in Stamford. Turn northbound onto Washington Blvd. (Rt. 137). Follow for approximately 1.5 miles, and turn left onto Bridge Street. Entrance to Scalzi Park will be on your left. You wil see the Bocce courts to the left as you enter the park.
